This bottom bracket is the top-of-the-line solution to running a Shimano HT2 crank set on your BB30 frame. Rather than using adapters that push into your bearings, using this bottom bracket places the proper bearings for you crank set at exactly the right place on spindle. The thread-together design of this bottom bracket eliminates press fit creaking problems.
