Replaces the UPPER Headset Bearing in many NINER carbon fiber frames. If your Niner MTB frame is carbon fiber and has DIRECT FIT bearings (no cups pressed in) headset bearings, this is your upper bearing. Direct fit headset bearings are also referred to as INTEGRATED or "IS."
